Over the course of 32 years, we have mounted holiday light displays in all of the major cities in North America including Farmington UT.
On a modest budget, we can install a tree-shaped show, alternating lights and music, or another theme that will take the spotlight.
We take all in Farmington UT laws and regulations into account when hiring employees, and all are covered by protection and worker's comp insurance through our trained workers, so we can stand behind our work and that product we're providing. If the installation isn't right, we will fix it for you.
Celebrating over 30 years of service, we are one of the oldest and largest holiday lighting companies in Farmington UT. Our management team has extensive experience in designing and installing holiday lighting shows, and we've never seen or experienced anything we couldn't handle.
Please be as detailed as possible with your request for sharing your mailing address, the nature of your project, and your contact information. Within 24 hours, we'll look over the scope of your work and send you an estimated quote by email or by phone.
Once you have made the payment and set up an appointment, we will begin working for you. In many cases, this begins within three days.
Our Christmas light installers will arrive on time or call if running late. Installation crews are trained and competent, completing most jobs in just a few hours.
Our Christmas light installers will perform a professional installation. Light strands are customized to fit your residence, cords are hidden out of plain view, timers automatically turn your holiday lights on and off, and connections are made and waterproof (no black tape or wire nuts with us.) All job sites are cleaned better than when we arrived.
With us, you'll get commercial grade products made to the highest possible standards. Because we're the largest company in this field, we can import products such as these directly to the factory in bulk quantities and save you money.
Holiday decorations are removed with the same care with which they were installed. Removal is completed in January, and no appointment is necessary.
One time a year, your holiday lights can be stored at no charge with us by filling out a simple online form. If you place an order before the end of this season, we will store them for you and provide a receipt listing the items being stored.
The Christmas Light Professionals was established in 1989 by Vance Brand, who, after working for his father at Brand Electric and running a window cleaning company, came upon a bright idea! Because of his background, all our work is performed to UL standards, and our ladders are safety-rated with automatic levelers and tie downs.
Most customers spend about $500 to $900 on holiday lighting for their homes the first year (cost to purchase the material and the labor to install.) Following years are typically labor costs only, and one can expect to pay $300 to $600. Adding small trees can increase your price by $150 to $300 per tree, with the following years around $80 to $185.
Remember, lights are a commodity, meaning if we put twice as many lights on your house, business, or tree, the cost would double. If you want to keep the price down, we recommend not doing all sides of your home. If you want to include trees, smaller trees are always more affordable.
Sadly, we are not charging the same price we were years ago. Our prices increase over time as the costs of materials, insurance, and labor increase. We try to keep our prices constant for a minimum of three years. We increased prices in 2008, 2013, 2018, and 2021. This change has been primarily due to the fluctuation in oil and food prices over the 23 months prior.
Yes. Our $250 minimum labor amount helps ensure that we can properly service your property. There'll come a time to remove your lights in the winter, and that's when we require a minimum labor amount.
The average 2500 square foot newer home runs about $350 for labor to install and remove lights installed on the front roofline of the house. However, the number of lights a roofline may require can vary, regardless of the square footage of a home. The reason for this is that not all rooflines are the same.
A 2500-square-foot rambler will have a very different roofline than a two-story with dormers. Price will depend on the linear footage of your roofline and the height and pitch of your roof.
Putting twice as many lights on a tree would cost twice as much as doubling its cost for an hour. Savvy homeowners have attempted to discern the logic behind this assumption. Therefore, shorter trees are always more attractive and cost less to prune and maintain than larger trees. It is also common to find six-foot trees selling for approximately $85 and up to eight-foot trees for which women may pay statically about $135.
Larger trees can be more costly, depending on the number of strands involved. Also, remember that a two-story house averages 28 feet in height, and if your tree is the height of your home, it’s at least 28 ft. tall. A 28 ft. tree can cost anywhere from $300 to $2,000, depending on how many lights you want installed.
We commonly get asked, “Would you do my 50 ft. spruce in my front yard? I have a $250 budget.” Please remember to be reasonable in your request. To get great coverage on this type of tree, you should expect a minimum of $2,000 for the basic to $25,000 for extravagant coverage. A tree like this requires a $400 to $700 lift and is at least a day’s work, if not more.
Yes, we do! If you can help us extend our season by having your lights installed early, we would love to help you save and give you a discount! Discounts are as follows:
15% off all labor for jobs preschedule by September 1st.
10% off labor for all jobs installed by November 7th.
Yes, we do install an American-made LED product called Oelo. Not only is it one of the longest-lasting LED products on the market, but we can replace each LED independently. This means we can repair our permanent product, adding years to its operating life span and reducing overall cost.
With Oelo, you can have four of July lights, Easter lights, St. Patty's Daylight, and even purple birthday lights. The color options are unlimited.
Most permanently installed LEDs require repairs or replacement within three to five years. Other businesses may attempt to mislead you into thinking that permanent lights last ten years or more. Nevertheless, LED lamps only wear down at around four years. That means if 200 lights are installed on your house, you could expect to have a few not working by year six or seven. The average permanent install costs around $3,500 to $10,000.
The average labor on a seasonal Christmas Light installation costs only $300, plus the initial LED material cost of $250. Multiply that seasonal labor cost by seven years (the life expectancy of permanent lights), and the total cost is around $2,300 with the LED product. Seasonally installed Christmas lights are thousands of dollars less than permanently installed lights.
Mainstream LED lighting choices have draw for color options, as they do for seasonality. If you want to get permanent lighting put in on your home, know that the expense of the particular job would be considerably more costly than a standard seasonal LED lights installation.
I've used Christmas Light Professionals for years now, to put up my lights. They do a great job. This year Keeka and Micah made sure my lights were just right. Thank you!
